WHOA! I can't believe it's about to be 6 months into this fitness journey! I am almost there! But I can honestly say this is one of the most amazing things I have done in my life! I am so proud of myself! Let me give you a little update! I lost 10 pounds within my first 2 months! Maintained the weight in the 3rd month and been using the last 3 months to maintain and sculpt my body! My goals are to slim my waist and perk my booty and gain more muscle and loss fat! Just one more week left and I would have completed my 6 month journey! Stay tuned for my transformation!

While walking down Park Slope, Brooklyn I ran into a magical place! Its called Purbird! They are famous for having the best grilled chicken in Brooklyn! I got the sweet potato fries which were crazy good! And the jalapeño mac and cheese! ( I almost died it ) It was magical! I also got a side of salad to even it out. This was my cheat day of the week so I took full advantage! If your ever in Brooklyn check it out! You'll thank you later :)

This week I had the amazing opportunity to be a special quest vlogger for the flower child herself Chrisette Michele! And got the change to interview her! She has such an amazing soul! Smoothie Bowl Sunday
Nom Nom Nom! Recently I shared with you guys I lost 10 pounds! Now that I'm maintaining my weight I have been playing with high protein breakfasts other than my normal protein shakes. This is what I had for breakfast this morning! I call it my "Berry crunchy smoothie bowl", thought I'd share the recipe with you!
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup of Raspberries & Blackberries
1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
& blend together in a blender, pour into your favorite bowl, then add your toppings
5 Strawberries cut in fours
1 cup of diced Mangos
1 Hand full of your favorite granola
& ENJOY <3

I am more than honored to be on the same list as so many influential ladies. Sometimes it is difficult to recognize your success even when you’re looking directly at it. I am looking at it now and I am grateful. I started my YouTube Channel coming up to be 2 years ago and I am so thankful for all of the love and support I have gotten since then. Within my first year I was able to host my own event, which sold out 150 tickets within the first week. I was able to film a short documentary titled “She is Beautiful.” Without the love from my amazing subscribers this wouldn’t have been possible. And for that I am thankful and motivated. I am more inspired than before to continue on my #Liveinlovewithyou journey! I hope you will continue to join me!
