Are Deposits Refundable?
No they are not. Your Deposits hold and secure you spot on retreat! Your deposit is deducted from the total price of your retreat pass.
Deposits are $150 USD for Self Love Passes and $300 for Sister Passes!
What are the next steps?
Yay sis! You’ve made a deposit on your package! After you complete your deposit, you will be forwarded to a link that will lead you to set up your payment plan. After you put down your deposit, you will be sent an email within the next 24 hours with information regarding the payment plan.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I BOOK MY FLIGHT? how to get to retreat resort?
Please make sure your flight lands on August 19th by 12:00pm or 1:30pm the latest. Please make sure your flight departs on August 23rd after 3:30pm - 4:00pm the latest.
We have organized a shuttle bus for your transportation both to and from the airport! This in included in your Retreat pass. Please land on Aug 19th by 1:30pm and depart on Aug 23rd after 4:00pm. If you miss this shuttle you are responsible for your own transportation.
Is my flight included in my package?
No. Your flight is not included in your travel package. You are responsible for booking your own flight to Mexico. Please make sure you are flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your flight lands on August 19th by 12:00pm or 1:30pm the latest. Please make sure your flight departs on August 23rd after 3:30pm - 4:00pm the latest.
We have arranged transportation to and from the airport. This will ensure that everyone gets there in time to leave together! If you are not there by the requested times, you are responsible for your own transportation.
What is the name of the hotel we will be staying at?
We will be staying at the luxurious El Dorado Maroma in Tulum, Mexico. El Dorado is a 5 star, all inclusive, adults-only resort. Feel free to explore the resort page here.
Is the hotel adhering to COVID-19 restrictions?
Yes. The hotel is following COVID-19 prevention methods. We are asking that all travelers wear a mask as they walk about the resort grounds and during transport.
Are transportation and food included in my package?
Yes. We have accounted for all food (when outside of the resort) and travel.
Is the Sister Pass paid by each individual traveler?
The Sister pass price is per person, however only one will be allowed to make all the payments. The Sister Pass must be paid by one traveler. If you are bringing a friend, please make sure that they provide you with the payment before or after they secure the package.
What should I pack?
We will send an email on what to bring. Don’t worry we got you! You will receive all of this information in a welcome packet!
Can the hotel accommodate any dietary restrictions (ie. food allergies, vegan, and vegetarian restrictions)?
Yes. The hotel is prepared to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please be sure to inform us of any restrictions you may have on your application.
Should I bring my own yoga mat?
Yes sis! Please travel with your own yoga mat for daily morning yoga.
This is my first time traveling alone. Where will I know to meet the other travelers?
Don’t worry about that sis! Just purchase your package, your flight, and we will forward information on where to meet the other travelers prior to your arrival.
