FAQ

Are the deposits refundable?

No they are not. Your Deposits hold and secure you spot on retreat! Your deposit is deducted from the total price of your retreat pass.

What are the next steps?

Yay sis! You submitted your application and made a deposit on your package! The card used for the deposit will be automatically charged on the payment dates. Your retreat fees will be separated into 3 equal payment. Once you have finished paying for your package you are good to go! See you in El Salvador!

What are the Payment plan dates?

Payment 1: December 15th 2022

Payment 2: January 15th 2023

Payment 3: February 10th 2023

Can I pay all at once?

Yes! Email us and we will set it up for you and cancel the payment plan.

When should I purchase my plane tickets?

As soon as possible. Prices tend to increase closer to the date. Remember you are flying into El Salvador international Airport. Airport transportation is included in your package. Once you make you deposit more information will be sent with all you need to know!

Trip cancelations & Refunds

You can cancel and withdraw your spot on the retreat by December 9th 2022 11:59pm EST free of charge.

Cancelations made after December 9th 2022 are not eligible for a full refund. Cancelations made after December 9th 2022 are eligible for a refund of 50% of remaining retreat fees paid.
