My name is Denise "Liv" Francis. I am the CEO & Founder of LILWY - The Self Love Organization.

I started LILWY to bring self love to underserved and underprivlaged communities. Bridging the gap between mental health and self love.  

Creating a safe space for self love to be taught and practiced. Providing constant support and education.

I am a educator and self love advocate. I started my self love journey 6 years ago and brought you all along with me.
