5 HEALTHY SALAD IN A JAR RECIPES

Since I shared with you guys my fitness journey you wanted to know what I ate so here it is! Everyday I either had soup or salad. I normally opted for my salads because they are super cute, easy to eat and I could eat them on the go! I shared my recipes on my Youtube Channel LiveNaturallyLove, but here I am going to share everything in full detail! Lets go!

•VERRY BERRY SALAD•

2 Handfuls of Baby Spinach

Pinch of Red onions

1 Handfull of Blueberries

4-6 Chopped Strawberries

1/4 Cup of Feta Cheese

1/4 Cup Reduced sugar Craisins

Dressing: 2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinaigrette 

•AVACADO BERRY SALAD•

2 Handfuls of Baby Spinach

1 Handful of shredded Carrots

A Pinch of Chopped Red Onions 

Half of an Avocado 

4-6 Chopped Strawberries

1/4 Cup of Walnuts

Dressing: 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Ginger

•CUBED CHEESE SALAD•

2 Handfuls of Baby Spinach

A pinch of Red Onions 

8 Grape Tomatoes 

6 Slices of Chopped Cucumbers

1 Handful Green Grapes

1 Handful of Red Grapes

A pinch of Italian Savory Blend Cheese

A Pinch of Feta Cheese

A Pinch of Mozzarella 

Dressing: 2 Tablespoons of Italian 

•CITRUS CRUNCH SALAD•

2 Handfuls of Baby Spinach 

1 cup of Dole's Mandarin Oranges

A Pinch of Red Onions

A Handful of Shredded Carrots

Half of an Avocado

Half of a Granny Smith Apple (Chopped)

1/4 Cup of Reduced Sugar Craisins

A pinch of Sliced Almonds

Dressing: 2 Tablespoons of Asian Sesame 

•TROPICAL SALAD•

2 Handfuls of Baby Spinach 

Half of a Granny Smith Apple (Chopped)

1/2 Cup of Mangos

1 Cup of Dole's Mango Tidbits

1/4 Cup of Feta Cheese

1/4 Cup of Reduced Sugar Craisins

Dressing: 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Ginger 

All of these recipes are high in fiber keeping you full and satisfied! This is a great way to get your veggies in for the day without even thinking about it. I ate salad in a jar recipes during my weight loss journey and with a healthy diet lost 10 pounds in 2 months! Meal prep these bad boys every Sunday and they can last you to Friday! I hope you guys enjoy and give it a try!
